There are many activities you can do every day. Some of the boxes also drop Covenant-specific items such as themed mounts or Soulshapes. These award the usual mix of Reputation and gear as well as some Soul Cinders. Covenant Assaults (bi-weekly): Finally, in the low-hanging fruit department, you'll find the Covenant Assaults, which reset exactly halfway through the weekly reset in your region.Technically, this event can be completed multiple times in a given weekly reset, but the bulk of the rewards come from the first time you complete it each week, which can include Reputation, Soul Cinders, small amounts of Soul Ash, and the usual gear and Conduit chances. On North American and European servers, it spawns on the odd-numbered hours using UTC (so it's also on the odd hours in CEST and EST, but the even hours PST and CST). Tormentors of Torghast (weekly): This is an event that spawns every 2 hours, on the hour, in the old Maw areas.This quest rewards consistently useful perks, including Reputation, gear, Korthian Armaments, Conduits and Conduit upgrades, and Stygian Ember, and Renown. In a pinch, you can kill rares in the old Maw areas to finish this quest off. You will fill your progress bar naturally as you complete normal activities in Korthia, such as daily quests, assaults, looting treasures, and killing rares. Shaping Fate (weekly): This is a weekly quest that is easily completed by players who are active in Korthia.To learn more about the location of these one-time Relics, check out our separate guide:īy far, these timers will be the most important for your progress through Korthia. You'll earn the ability to purchase items that can make repeatable activities more convenient, such as Repaired Riftkey, and you'll earn helpful increases to daily reputation gains through effects like Relic Drop Increase (earned at Tier 4). If you're trying to min-max this reputation, it is absolutely worth it to earn these one time rewards as early as possible to propel you towards the higher tiers as soon as possible. Several of these are hidden behind mechanics you'll unlock through advancement through the reputation, though many of these mechanics can be bypassed to allow you to find these Relics ahead of schedule. If you'd rather focus on the exciting new cosmetic things you can find in the revamped Maw of Patch 9.1, that's also a fun way to spend your time in WoW, though it won't be covered in this guide!ĭepending on what you enjoy, whether you play solo or in a group, and what rewards you're prioritizing, you may have a slightly different priority list than this, but for most cases this should be a pretty good approximation of what to take care of in order. Though those rewards are enticing enough for top end players to farm reputation here, they are minor enough that most players shouldn't feel pressured to turbo min-max this rep grind! If you'd rather play it more casually and explore and find these things for yourself, that's great. Death's Advance provides a nice piece of early patch gear at Honored, with mostly cosmetic rewards after that. These reputations can be useful, with The Archivists' Codex providing Crafter's Mark of the Chained Isle at Tier 4 Research, and the Sockets and Conduits at Tier 6 Research.
